THEORY!!!!
So on last nights episode of Pretty Little Liars something really stood out to me.
When Spencer and Caleb went to the storage building and they meet Mrs. Horowitz she told Spencer that she saw a blonde girl. Of course Spencer tried to get her to describe her thinking that the girl was Ali. But if it was wouldn’t she have been able to tell Spencer that it was Ali, considering she works at the school?
My theory is that it is Cece Drake. She’s blonde, and she isn’t to well known by many in Rosewood.
